Do you buy locked devices?

Yes! That’s what we specialize in. If you’re unsure about your device’s lock type, contact us and we’ll help.

Yes! If your device doesn’t have a lock, just list it under our “no locks” category.

Yes, we’re 100% real. We’ve been around since 2019 and have hundreds of 5-star reviews from happy customers.

Yes! We can often purchase iPads, high-end Androids, AirPods, Apple Watches, etc. Some exceptions apply, so just ask!

We’ll gladly accept them, but they don’t increase your payout.

Process

How does the process work?

Select your device on our site, get a quote, and accept. You’ll receive a prepaid UPS label with instructions. Ship your device, and once received, we’ll either pay you or reach out if there’s an issue.

Shipping takes 1-5 business days. Once we receive your device, payment is made in 1-5 business days (often faster).

Offer/Payment

When do I get paid?

Within 1-5 business days after your device is delivered to us.

You must ship within 3 business days of creating your transaction to lock in your offer.

We’ll send you a revised quote. You can accept or reject. If you reject, we’ll ship your device back free.

PayPal, Venmo, or a physical Check.

PayPal & Venmo: Instant after completion. Check: Arrives in 1-10 business days by USPS.

Shipping

Do I need to include the box or accessories?

No, unless brand new. You may include them, but they don’t increase value.

Recommended, but not required. Used device SIMs will be disposed of. For sealed new devices, removing a SIM breaks the “new” status.

UPS Ground via our prepaid label: usually 1-5 business days (depends on location).

Not by default. If you want insurance, purchase your own label.

Yes. You can buy your own label for insurance or faster delivery. Just provide us with your tracking info.

Visit your nearest UPS Store. They can print and package for a fee.
