Process

Select Your Device, choose from the Conditions options, Print label, Ship your device, and Get Paid.

Time in transit varies based on your location. However, once your package is delivered to us, payment will be made within 1-5 business days (usually under 48 hours). If you’re curious about UPS’s estimated time in transit, you can take a look at their “U.S. Ground Maps”; we’re in Arizona.

We’ll email you once your transaction has been concluded and payment has been made, or if any issues arise during inspection. We won’t, however, email you once we’ve received your package. To check if we’ve received your package, please track it on UPS’s website. Once your package has been marked “delivered” by UPS, we’ll have received it. If you’d like to be notified once your device has been received, we recommend opting in to UPS’s text or email notifications. We plan to integrate delivery notifications in the near future.

Please track your package on UPS’s website. Once your package has been marked “delivered” by UPS, you can expect to receive an update from us within 1-5 business days (usually under 48 hours). If you haven’t received any emails from us, there are no updates yet. Remember to check your “junk/spam” and “all mail” folders in case any of our emails land there. If you have not received any updates for more than 5 business days after your package has been delivered, please reach out to customer support.

Offer/Payment

Payment will be sent after your Shipping Label has been generated and remaining Payment is issued within 48 Hours after your package has been marked “delivered” by USPS. Our business days are Mon-Fri.

In order for your offer to remain locked in, you must ship your device within 3 business days of creating your transaction.

If we’re unable to honor your original quote for any reason, we’ll reach out to you with the option to accept a revised quote, or to have your device mailed back to you for free.

We offer “Paypal” “Check” “CashApp” “Zelle”.

If you choose “Paypal” ” CashApp or Zelle, your upfront payment will be sent same day after your shipped label has been generated, and the remaining payment will be paid within 48 of us receiving your device.

Shipping

If you choose to use our prepaid USPS label to ship your device, your package should arrive to us in 2-6 business days (depending on your location). The labels we send you are USPS standard

They are not required. We won’t be able to offer any additional value for them.

We suggest and recommend using our shipping label. If you do decide to use your own label, please reach out to customer support with your new tracking number

We recommend visiting your nearest USPS store and having them print and/or package it for you. (Fees will apply)
